Mr. Salhab was appointed to the Board of Directors of Middle East Glass in 2014.
He has 30+ years experience at senior and executive management levels across the Middle East, Africa and Europe with leading international companies.
Asaad is the Senior Operating Partner at Gulf Capital, one of the leading Alternate Asset Investment Management firms in the Middle East. Prior to that Asaad worked as the Chief Commercial Officer with Fattal Group and before that was the Regional Director Levant at Procter & Gamble where he served for 23 years in different capacities and geographies.
Asaad sits on 8 company boards: Middle East Glass & Misr Glass Manufacturing (2 glass manufacturing companies), Chef Middle East (a leading distribution company in UAE), Multibrands (a leading distribution company in KSA), Destinations of the World (a B2B travel accommodation company), Amcan International (Nutritional Health & Supplements Products Distribution & Online business), Geidea (a leading Fintech company in KSA) and is the Chairman of MASAR Company. He was Co-founder and president of a countrywide Brand Protection Group NGO between 2004 and 2013.
Asaad holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
He is as well a qualified mentor / coach and a certified trainer in management, leadership, total quality, and product supply leadership.
